Conflicto de competencia entre el Juzgado Cuarto Penal Municipal de Florencia y el Juzgado Municipal de Pequeñas Causas Laborales de Santa Marta.
Luego de verificar que las dos juzgados involucrados son competentes para conocer la acción de tutela formulada, la Corte considera que es el de la ciudad de Florencia quien debe resolverla, en tanto fue la autoridad que el accionante eligió a prevención.
Se dirime la controversia con la remisión del expediente a dicho despacho judicial, para que de manera inmediata tramite y adopte la decisión de fondo a que haya lugar.
